Where does Bundl ship?
Bundl ships worldwide.
- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders
- International: Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also log into your Bundl account at any time to view your order status and shipment updates.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order leaves our facility.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Cancelled orders may be subject to restocking fees and applicable shipping costs.
What is Bundl’s return policy?
All returns require prior authorization from Bundl and a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to review and approval. Approved returns are issued as store credit only and may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on timing and condition.
What products are eligible for return?
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Be in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Be in like-new condition with no signs of misuse, damage, or modification
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
To protect product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned without an RMA
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
- Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or modification
- Customized products or special-order configurations
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
If a product is found to be defective or incorrect, our support team will help coordinate a replacement when available.
Who covers return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- For approved warranty-related repairs, Bundl covers return shipping after service using a standard ground carrier of its choice
How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange request:
- Reach out to our support team.
- Provide your order number, product model, serial number, and a brief description of the issue or reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate next steps.
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization and a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Bundl. Products returned without an RMA may be refused.
Once received, returned items are inspected to verify eligibility based on condition and original packaging. Approved returns are issued as store credit only, and exchanges are processed based on product availability.
Bundl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility and what action is required for all return and exchange requests.
Can I customize my system after delivery?
Yes! Additional system customization or configuration updates may be available after delivery. Custom services beyond the standard product configuration may incur additional charges.
