What does the Bundl Warranty cover?
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers:
- Defects in workmanship and materials
- Hardware or component failures under normal use and service
- Parts and labor, with labor services performed at the factory
Any repaired or replaced product is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers
Who is eligible for warranty coverage?
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is the exclusive remedy provided by Bundl. Warranty coverage exists independently of any warranty offered by a dealer or reseller.
Does the warranty apply to partner-brand products?
Bundl is an authorized distributor for its partner brands. Partner-brand products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Bundl’s customer support team is available to help facilitate warranty-related questions or claims when applicable.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Reach out to our support team.
- Provide your order number, product model, serial number, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate next steps.
Many issues can be resolved through email support with a Bundl technician. In some cases, photos or videos may be requested to help diagnose the issue more efficiently.
Bundl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine what action is required under this warranty.
Do I need an RMA to return a product?
Yes. All warranty returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Bundl.
- Products returned without an RMA will be refused.
- Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and fully insured.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of all shipping containers.
- Each return must include a copy of the approved RMA and contact information.
Bundl reserves the right to refuse shipments sent freight collect or without proper authorization.
Who pays for shipping?
For warranty-approved repairs:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Bundl.
- Bundl will cover return freight charges after repair or replacement using a standard ground carrier of its choice.
How long does the repair or replacement process take?
Most warranty repairs or replacements are processed within 5–10 business days after the product is received and evaluated. If additional time is required due to parts availability or other factors, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.
